Personal profile

With more than 40 years of working in my profession, I have had the opportunity to gain expertise and experience in all areas of electroplating and related business processes.

A formative station was the management of two German electroplating shops. There I was able to gain valuable experience in the areas of reorganization, EBIT optimization and complex project planning.

In addition to founding a new company, my tasks also included setting up a complete production facility for plating high-quality plastic parts for the automotive industry. Due to the international nature of the company, regular technical and commercial support of customers in Germany and abroad was required in the context of telecommunications and automotive projects.

Employed as Senior Sales Manager at a renowned electroplating specialist company, I contributed significantly to the development of market shares in Germany and abroad. Special attention was paid to the definition and implementation of strategic goals.

The foundation, establishment, development and support of subsidiaries and partner companies in Europe, North America and Asia were also part of my responsibilities. As a result, I have a good knowledge of the markets and the associated requirements.  

My training as a REFA specialist with a focus on ergonomic workplace design, material flow optimization and working out efficiency improvements in the production process round off my portfolio.
